It's A New Day

So I think last week I hit a low I hadn't anticipated hitting. I had a lazy couple of days and for those days I didn't exercise, I didn't count calories and I had a think about what I wanted and have re-assessed my goals.

Sure, I still want to lose well over 50kilos but I have put some little goals into place and I have no deadline now for my weight loss. I think the pressure was getting to me.

So here is my next weight goal. By the 16th June I would like to weigh under 130 kilos. That is just over 4 weeks away and as long at the scales read 129.9 I will be happy. So 4.2 kilos in 4 weeks, piece of cake. Well no not cake how about, should be a walk in the park - literally.
