To Say I am nervous is the understatement of the century.

Today at BOOTCAMP77 is the "SAND DUNE CHALLENGE" last time I did this I was having a pretty bad week and I completely lost it.

I don't know how I am going to go today, even thinking about it brings that lump into my throat that you get just before you cry.

We have to get up the Sand Dunes, in fact calling them dunes doesn't really explain how high these things are they are like mountains looming out of the beach. Not only is it steep, but everytime you put your foot down to take another step it slides back to where it used to be because the sand is constantly moving.

I HATE YOU SAND DUNES, BUT I CAN"T LET YOU WIN AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
