5 is the number to beat next time!

So I completed 5 sets on the Dunes. And I am feeling pretty happy about that. It hurt going up but I was really surprised by my recovery when I got to the top. I am obviously getting fitter. I wasn't nearly as sore as what I thought I might of been, my knees were a bit sore but nothing like after the stairs. It was so inspiring to see the others really go for it as well.

This week has been a bit of a right off so far, I have been sick. Today I am hoping is my last recovery day and I can get back out and do some sort of exercise tomorrow, even if it is just a short walk.

Just over two weeks left until my goal of being under 130kgs. I know I can do it, I just have to really put in the effort with exercise and food. Miriam is coming on Friday to do my measurements, people are starting to notice that I am looking thinnner so hopefully my measurements will reflect it.
